Plot 70, Reef Street, Dagenham

We’re writing to thank you and your colleagues for the assistance ThamesBridge provided to Mcs Build Ltd. in bringing the above project to a successful completion. The Client was very pleased that the project was completed within the programme dates and to a high quality, which will no doubt assist them in the sale of the units.

This was the first project that we’ve completed together personally, and the 3rd completed for the group, and we’d like to acknowledge the professional approach that Thamesbridge staff demonstrated throughout the scheme and their willingness to assist in resolving the various challenges that were presented to us. It was refreshing to find a contractor who was willing to work with us on both financial and programme matters. Your ability to attend the weekly progress meetings meant that we maintained a meaningful dialogue which undoubtedly assisted us in finding ways to maintain the programme and resolve matters both economically and in a timely manner

We look forward to developing this relationship further and hope that we’ll be able to work together on future projects.

St Catherines Hospice, Crawley

Barnes Construction has appointed Thamesbridge Construction Ltd to complete the groundworks at our St Catherines Hospice site in Crawley.

From the outset and before commencing on-site Thamesbridge management team conducted themselves with a high level of professionalism giving confidence that placing an order of this level was an assured appointment. Once on site, this professional approach was also instilled into the site team, demonstrating a high level of competence from the outset. Their site-based supervisor is well-organised and communicates well with our management team demonstrating forward thinking and a proactive approach.

Thamesbridge has a high level of well-maintained plant and is always able to produce the correct certification proving health and safety is a high priority. This is also apparent in their on-site SHEQ procedures generally producing an excellent standard of RAMS.

Thamesbridge has proved to be an excellent subcontractor and remains well-placed on our database to receive future opportunities.

Les Lions Polo Club, Holyport

Although both companies were aware of each other via a mutual acquaintance, due to the geographic location and indeed the size of projects undertaken, the opportunities for us to work together were very limited.

However, when Deekeds & Steere Ltd were awarded the construction of 2nr pavilions and associated external works at Les Lions Polo Club in Holyport, i knew this was the opportunity for us to work together on this prestigious and fast-track project.

At the pre-commencement meeting, you could feel the energy and enthusiasm from all of the senior management team at Thamesbridge, that being Sam, Mike and John and that was reflected throughout the works on site.

Always pressured by a very tight site programme, they were extremely professional in their approach throughout and nothing was too much to ask for as parts of this project were designed as we progressed on site.

Their plant was always of a high standard and well maintained and their approach to Health and Safety was exemplary.

Their site-based supervisor managed the project from commencement through to practical completion, a factor which I believe is very important when maintaining the continuity across all relevant trades and the programme on-site.

All parties are extremely pleased with what we all achieved at Les Lions and Thamesbridge was a major part of this. I will have no hesitation in using them on future projects or recommending them to others.
